Our Flowers
- Flowers featured on our website (http://www.321flowers.co.uk) are available for delivery throughout the UK, unless specified.
- Flowers may be delivered by us in bud to ensure a longer life.
- All flower orders are delivered by the Royal Mail unless premium delivery is paid for, in which case a courier partner will be used.
- All fresh flowers are subject to availability and strict quality control. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or specific colours with those of an equivalent or higher value and quality without prior notice.
- If in the unlikely event we cannot make your delivery, we shall notify you as soon as possible and either offer an alternative or a full refund.
Payment and Pricing
- Prices listed are valid for 7 days after placing your order.
- All prices shown include free Royal Mail delivery and VAT. There are no hidden charges at the checkout.
- Please note there is a minimum total order threshold of £14.99. Orders taken under the value of £14.99 will be charged the difference of the minimum order threshold to cover administration and delivery costs.
- Any specified discount codes can only be used on the particular product listed and only once per order.
- We accept payment from all the major credit or debit cards.
- All payments are processed by a secure payment gateway, which offers the highest level or online security. Once payment is successful you will receive an email of confirmation. No card information is supplied to or stored by 321 Flowers.
Placing an Order
- The order form will ask you to provide us with your complete personal details, including your contact details together with those of the intended recipient. We cannot be held responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect delivery details. Full payment details will also be requested.
- Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent which then indicates that the order is valid and has entered our system. If this email is not received within 12 hours please email sales@321flowers.co.uk quoting your full details. We will also provide your order number on the order confirmation page.
Free Delivery
- All flower orders for free delivery are delivered by our delivery partner Royal Mail.
- If you have selected 1st Class Post please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
- 90% of Royal Mail deliveries arrive next day but we cannot guarantee the day of delivery under our free delivery offer.
- If any delivery is deemed lost, we will either replace or provide a full refund after 7 working days of the intended delivery date.
- We do not deliver on Sundays.
- In the event that the Royal Mail is unable to deliver the order to a recipient's address and there are no relevant delivery instructions, the order will be taken to the local post office and a card put through the recipient's door.
Cancellations and Alterations
- Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, providing delivery was not requested for the next working day. Any requests to cancel or amend orders are requests only and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that flowers are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) due to their perishable nature.

Refund Policy
- Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged or fail to arrive due to an unforseen delivery issue. If the recipient receives damaged flowers, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange one of the following:
* a re-send on the next available delivery date; or
* a full or partial refund (% refund depends on the specific circumstances of the issue).
Typically we will not offer both a refund and a resent bouquet. Where flowers have been damaged we will normally ask for them to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem so we can use them to determine what is going wrong with our system, and to claim compensation if possible from the Royal Mail (as appropriate). It is important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding issues. We need to be informed of any issues within 3 days of the delivery to give us the best chance of successfully resolving the issue. We will, at our discretion consider issues raised after the 3 day deadline but reserve the right to refuse the options of refunding or resending the order. - In the event that a small item, such as a balloon or vase, should arrive damaged or be missing, we shall be unable to resend that item but would be happy to refund its value.
- If we believe there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to resend flowers and to refuse to take orders from customers. It is important to note that this guarantee does not confer the right to an automatic 100% refund.
Quality
- In the unlikely event that the flowers are not received in good condition, please notify us immediately upon receipt and supply photographic evidence via email in either GIF, TIFF or JPEG format.
Disclaimer
- This website is deemed to be working and error-free. However, we cannot guarantee this and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the site and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the site impossible or impractical.
- Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- We do not send unsolicted marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
- We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998 and will only send you marketing emails if you have opted to receive such information – you can opt-out at any time.
- We use cookies during our checkout process to collect information including your email address and name. We do not store your credit card details.
